Billings Pharmacy

Billings pharmacy have been fantastic! Today I had micro suction for my blocked ears - I cant recommend them any more! Flexible, helpful, friendly. I have also been getting my prescriptions from there for years and they have always been great.

The Billings team have worked with me from medication to being in intensive care and on discharge. Also, the delivery meds drivers and staff in the shop are awesome.

Conveniently located within the precinct. However, the quality of the service seems to vary massively. There also always seems to be a long wait whilst they try to find my prescription, that get sent electronically from the doctor, even when I phone beforehand to confirm it's ready. They close at 1pm on a Saturday, which is inconvenient for those who work full time.

I have been using Billings for years for my repeat prescription and that in itself is telling. I have always found the staff both on the counter and pharmacists both polite and friendly. They are always so busy and even when they look so tired I am still made to feel like a valued customer.
