Jhoots Pharmacy

This pharmacy is just not working. They need to address the issues that they are so badly lacking in. Having to continually ring them and being kept on hold for half an hour or longer every time is not acceptable. If they are too busy to answer the phone have a ring back system put in place, employ more staff, just be more customer focused! People ring this place because they are in need, not because they haven't got anything better to do. Get a grip.

Never seem to have the meds in that you need in so therefore have to wait a few days or go elsewhere

If I could give this zero, I would absolutely disgusting. I stopped using this pharmacy back in October, and all of a sudden they have come into my records at the surgery and altered my pharmacy of choice Back to them without my authorisation every time I go to my chemist to get my latest prescription I cannot get it because they have had it sent to them. I live in Kingswood and it is sent to St Annes even though the surgery has changed it back I have to wait for another prescription to be put through by the doctors. Myself, and my pharmacy has tried ringing they wont answer the phone. Such poor service they should be shut down
