I have always found the pharmacists here to be very patient and helpful whenever l need advice. A very good pharmacy, well stocked and very friendly staff.

Where is Ade gone? This is the worst ever experience with this chemist. I went in today Saturday 9am to get urgent sleeping pills prescribed by my Gp the previous day. A rather short-tempered, abrupt and very rude oriental man said and had not received it. Took my details twice, I showed him my Dr email and he then suddenly found them and said 45-minute wait. There were 3 people in front of me and 5 behind in the queue. 2 in front sat to wait, and the lady before me was told no treatment for a bloodshot eye it will get better on its own. Everyone else in the queue was ignored, 3 walked out after 9.25am and I was standing still waiting my 45 mins for 4 sleeping pills at a prescription cost of 9.35!!! 3 staff behind the counter but no one out front at the counter. I had paid for mine which seemed to inconvenience him having to ring in the correct cash given into the till! This would not have happened had Ade or Polish lady been working, shop is gone now hill. No one has seen Ade for months and talk amongst customers today, that he's gone and is only ever in news bulletins now. I don't know if that's true but personally have not seen him since May 2022. NOT THE BEST PHARMACY ANYMORE SEVERAL BAD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AT PRESENT!!!!!!

Awful. The owner has just banned my parents from the chemist after a phone call I had with him. He was rude and would not let me speak on the phone. He kept taking over me and was more interested in shutting the shop at 6pm rather than the fact he was going to be leaving my mum in a lot of pain all weekend, after she had put her script in on time and also, visiting the chemist twice. The owner was very rude and argumentative with me. Not brilliant customer service at all. The chemist actually admitted it was their fault and would deliver it in afternoon. She clarified this with them and then no delivery. I called them when I finished work at 17.45 only to be told they would not deliver it as she is not on their list! They then called mum and dad and said that because I hung up the phone on him (because he wanted to close the shop to get home on a Friday), they think its best that they find another chemist. I see him in the news quite often.I think I might be taking this story to the press myself. Totally vial way to treat customers in chronic pain.
