Absolutely fantastic service, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Mark the Pharmacist listens to your queries and deals with them to the best of his ability. Cant fault the service.

Disappointed this time with my prescription. Ordered it 2 weeks ago it arrived with some missing called back and was told to call doctors. Who at this time are not there. I left a message with surgery and pharmacy. Nothing. Called back 2nd week promised but nothing happened eventually got hold of reception who I hope has sorted it out. Waiting to see.

By far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. I have been using this pharmacy regularly over the last 6 months. Most recent example was when I was isolating but needed an urgent prescription for my daughter, they went above and beyond to get it out to me same day. The delivery man is amazing, working throughout the pandemic delivering prescriptions. They answer the phone even when they are busy, and are always helpful. Compared to my previous experiences using the Lloyds at Bradgate (absymal!) the service and staff at this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air.

Excellent customer service, staff are very welcoming, polite, and take time to listen. I won't go any where else! I do recommend. The Pharamcy is very small, needs expansion.
