Staff are lovely but jesus it takes so long to get to the front of the queue. Also the phone rarely works or is answered. Avoid if you can use a different pharmacy ie not a boots for prescriptions.

This has got to be the worst chemist out there for customer service. They never answer phone. Every visit in person involves at least a 30 minute wait just to get served. When you do eventually get served they've usually messed something up. I've even been given someone else's medication on one occasion. The staff are obviously woefully inadequate for the number of customers using them. Perhaps employ more qualified staff???

Very very slow service - everytime i come to pick a prescription up it takes over half an hour to get! Terrible service!

I think 1 star is to much this pharmacy cause me stress and anxiety and anger everytime I go there staff are like zombies don't seem interested stand in Pharmasiste are very rude argumentative and guarantee you will always be queuing outside without fail it's a waist of life it's like going to a&e time your waiting the main management need to go in and see how it run it needs new staff they are slow cause line's of people out in the cold because they stand behind the desk Putin stickers on rather than serving people it's a joke worst pharmacy I've ever been to if management Reed this sort this out please because it ain't good enough it's 4 word's long how I would describe it get the drift will say one good thing the main pharmacist Barbara I think her name is she is amazing she goes out her way to help she shows compassion and empathy but others who work there just stand there looking like they don't want to be there take forever just serve 1 person hence massive ques out the door as far as people skills go only 1 as it there the other staf don't have none what so ever
