Hopeless chemist. Can either never find prescriptions or can only supply part of it. Even when I've been told it is waiting they cannot help. Ignorant staff who keep answering the phone when customers in shop have been waiting a long time. A total shambles and we have trust them to to get our medication right. Often it is like the customer is invisible.

Used to be brilliant but they've gone down hill recently. Example 1: We wanted a prescription item which had come in but they wouldn't give it to me. I came back the next day and it still wasn't ready. It was on their shelf but again they wouldn't reach out a hand and get it for me. Example 2: I had a controlled drug which they didn't give me on three visits to collect prescription drugs. When they final gave it to me the dispensing date was over two months ago. After 18 years when we were really happy with their service, we're seriously looking at changing the pharmacy we use.

Very rude staff. Went in to get a prescription.. the black man behind the counter didn't even say Hello, didn't even attempt to see if he had what I wanted In stock, instead he just said "in the box". My mum went in to get some Lateral flow tests.. an ignorant white women just said "got none" turned around and walked to the back of the shop. So rude and unhelpful.

Without doubt, the best chemist in the area. Walked in and had the flu jab without booking. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Avoid the big pharmacies with their long flu jab waiting lists.
