Garbage pharmacy. Continuously closed or closed early. Staff the place properly. The average corner shop doesn't "shut down due to unforseen circumstances" or "closed early due to lack of staff" so why on earth is a supermarket service? Either the staff are incredibly lazy and there's a culture of faking endless sick days or there aren't enough of them. Also badly stocked when it is open. Pathetic for a large chain

Booked a flu jab for my husband for 14/01/23 and when he arrived there was no one to do it. They didnt bother to call or email, just let him waste his time. If this is the level of care they show probably best to avoid.

Refused to give an emergency prescription, that's something

Waiting for my emergency prescription since December 23rd. Still didn't have it last week. Was told I'd receive a call back the following day, didn't happen. No one answers the phone when you call. I have moved away and was told it would be quicker to order via my current GP rather than register with a new one. I am very much doubtful of that now, especially as the unresponsive pharmacy is an hour drive away.

Ive been using this chemist for years and the staff have been absolutely brilliant. Seems like the last year its going dramatically down hill. On many occasions staff hide behind a high walled counter on their phones, when I call out to them they finish their text messages then begrudgingly come to you. The staff here are alot of the time rude and don't care.
