Really really slow..

Like other reviews on here, I had to wait in line for quite a while before being served. Once I did get to the counter, there was no "thank for waiting" or "sorry the delay." I then waited about 10 mins for the retrieval of my prescription, to the point where I thought they'd forgotten about it. Whilst I was there, I noticed plenty of other people being told that their prescriptions weren't ready. One couple had been told to "come back in 10 minutes" 45 minutes ago, only to be told it still wasn't ready. All in all, it was a pretty shoddy experience.

Terrible service. Order a prescription a full week ahead and you still have to queue for 10-15 minutes only to be told its not ready and will take a further 20 minutes.
