They never answer the phone and they can be incredibly rude to customers when serving sometimes. There are a few staff members that are exceptions to the rule that are absolutely lovely especially a young lady with brown hair and a fringe, but most can be very selective with who they are kind to. Also poor communication with the doctors next door.

Again, another awful experience at Lloyds greenway. Given the wrong prescription, went to collect the right one, charged again and spoken to like to and treated like rubbish. Shocking. It doesnt deserve the 1 star Ive been forced to award it. 0 stars.

Absolutely worst, short staffed and rude. I have been coming for a same prescription from a month and they still don't have a clue. All they do is to ask me to come again and not even keep a record of it. Avoid it at all costs.

Seriously, how long does it take for a new computer system to bed in, surely by now things should be getting better, but no, today queuing for nearly an hour and still wrong medication given, this chemist needs more staff

The staff are amazing but seriously over worked! The phone never stopped ringing the whole time I was there, and yet not once did any member of staff rush any one who needed help or advice. Im absolutely sure that there no way they are being paid what they are worth.
