Magna Pharmacy Henbury

Ive been using Magna pharmacy for a while now and every time I have been in a lovely young lady has always been so polite and happy and always tells me to have a lovely day. She makes me smile every time I collect my medication. If only all the other miserable staff were as polite and kind as this young lady. Thank you for being you, very lovely x

On the whole the service is very good. However, I have been trying to call them for the last 5.and a half hours but to no avail which is extremely frustrating as I have run out of medication. Either the phone rings but they don't pick up or it is permanently engaged after 4pm. I am disabled so I can't even take a walk there and it is miserable and dark outside.

One of the worst pharmacy's in Bristol. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Frequently contacted to say a prescription is ready only to go and collect it to find that it isn't and they have no idea what you're talking about. Then they say you're the one that's mistaken. Very poor.

Absolute horrendous customer service here, just got told that we are a waste of her time as they gave us the wrong prescription! Avoid!!
