I didn't think another Lloyds could be worse then the one at ridingleaze but i was wrong!!! Today is just a example i have rang 50 times and no i am not joking and not once have they picked up! Trying to see if they have done my prescription yet as no joy recently. Always the same thing every time i need my prescription i ring doctors make sure its been sent couole of days before then on the day try and ring the pharmacy but no joy with no answer, so go down there to be told they haven't done it even if its been sat there for 4 days! Excuse for not picking up the phone today apparently the pharmacy is being brought so they are short on staff well its the exact same every week no one picks up the phone or sorts the prescriptions out! The pharmaciest usually has to go cover the greenway pharmacy so then they close greystoke one which really helps doesn't it! So definitely need to change now as it's beyond a joke.

Awful pharmacy, They never answer the phone so you can check if your prescription is done, so far today I've rang the store 22 times and it either just rings or goes to voicemail, I've been in the shop before and its been empty, the staff just stand around chatting while the phone just rings and rings because they can't be bothered to answer it. Lloyds also sent me out the wrong medication, avoid this chemist as lloyds are the worst

This pharmacy must get someone to answer the phone. I have to collect my meds and always call for confirmation that my meds are ready to collect but no-one ever picks up the phone. This results in my calling in on the off-chance and half the time my meds are not ready and the visit has resulted in a waste of time, energy and money for me. This is not good enough. Couldn't something be set up which will notify me by text or email as to when my meds are ready for collection? Lloyds need to understand that if their staff did not have to spend their time firefighting they would be able to provide a much better service.
