        I went to this pharmacy yesterday as the Dr had sent a prescription there for some eye drops, they tried charging me the full prescription cost when its cheaper to buy off the shelf, thats so mean...... lucky I realised their tricks but wondering how many old people they do this to....? everything is a scam nowadays and now its in our chemists.........

        Have been using this pharmacy for years and have to go back every week for prescriptions. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help. I see reviews saying that the staff are rude but I cant help but think its the way you approach them in the first place. We are all human after all. I havent ever had any problem with any of the staff and feel that during the pandemic they handled the situation as best as they could. Keep up the good work! Also, try calling after 10am if you need to speak to them. I havent ever had problems going through, apart from the first week of lockdown.
