****1 star review is for stopping Saturday morning opening times**** OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I agree with the last comment the staff can be rude although the pharmacist is lovely I imagine they are overworked and under paid as I overheard a conversation with one of them saying that even though they had prepared a prescription they would not let the patient know as they only ordered yesterday and they didnt want people rushing in the next day to collect prescriptions .outrageous !!!!!!!!

Honestly the worst pharmacy in Bristol. They are all quite polite, not unfriendly, just not competent. They only had half the mess I needed for my prescription, asked me to come back another day which I did, and currently I'm waiting in the queue whilst they look through boxes to try and find the rest of it. I have never had a straight forward pickup. Pharmacy4U...it's the easiest way now

Had no problems with the pharmacy Staff have been very polite and respectful with me when ever I've entered the pharmacy and got my prescriptions there have been times when I've rang up but there's been no answer for a few days but after speaking to a member of staff in regards to this I now completely understandn that theve been working bon stop through out the pandemic but over all been a good pharmacy to me in the two years I've lived in the area very good when I come to collect medication and help in every way they can as I have autism and learning disabilities sometimes I can do things very well other times I need it explained to me but overall in my opion good pharmacy good staff. Respectful and do good at there jobs 5 stars thank you for all the work you do for myself and everyone who comes to your pharmacy your doing a great job keep up the good work guys

Never answer the phone , when you get there staff rude 8 times out of 10 you leave empty handed
