We sadly had exactly the same experience as the review below. Visits lasted between 2 and 4 minutes (thanks Ring doorbell) and all of the forms we filled in with instructions werent followed. Picked this up via email after our holiday and have never had a response. Very sad when its the first time weve left our cats with someone else.

I wanted to share my experience as I wouldn't like any other pet owners to go through thus but I appreciate everyone's experience is different. I asked them to look after my cat for a few days over Easter. I was asked to fill out a form which she clearly didn't check as she got the dates wrong. No communication on the first day I expected her to visit my cat which caused me a lot of anxiety. For the visits they spent 4 minutes (not exaggerated, exactly 4 minutes) for each visit. My cat is very playful and when I got home she was dying for attention. Communication was very poor I addressed this issues with them by email expecting at least an apology and no response as of yet, 3 weeks later. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Rosie Posie are brilliant! Weve used them for many years for regular lunchtime dog walks with our labradoodle. Guy has great patience - our doodle gets very excited to see him and isnt the calmest pooch! Really reliable, caring and just generally really lovely people who have shown extra care and support for our family when weve needed it. Thank you.
