        I have a Toy Poodle """He needed his coat cut right back ,as his wool coat had become quite tangled "I was told it would cost 45.00 " for that he would have full treatment . . On Picking him up I found Both his Ears Bleeding badly , and he kept shaking his head , I was Told sorry there has been a bit of an accident , So we didn't Wash Him , as he would have been uncomfortable and scared of the drier seeing whats happened to Both Ears and handed me a pkt of stuff to stop the bleeding whilst home , BOYCIE was shaking , They still charged me the 45.00 and Boycie was unwell for several days I hadn't realised how bad the Cuts on his Ears were until I got him home ..

        Kirstie has been grooming my dogs for over 3 years. They are always lovely and helpful and I wouldn't use anyone else now. I would highly reccomend them.
