"I apreciate the patience they have with my scared dog. Thank you.".. this was my first review for them, My dog was smelling great and no shedding. Now i wanna talk about the last 3 times i have been there. Need to say (to be totally honest) i dont wash my dog as often as she needs. My dog is scared of grooming and i apreciate their patience. Anyway, first time, i told them complete grooming with deshedding.i take her back without nail cutting and still smelling payd full price. I taught is fine, maybe bussy and stuff. Second time, same, not very happy. Third time,today, payd 65, for deshedding and compleat grooming,nails ears.maybe is not the time for a proper deshedding, but she still has undercoat and is fine. Problem is that her head was not washed. I thank to the girl who was there today, she is very nice. Anyway...do what you want with this info.

Normally my dog has a lovely groom but this time left with lots of knots and mud under tummy.

I was really pleased with the way they treated olive as she is a very nervous rescue dog And the cut was very good Highly recommend

Took Scout in today for his second groom. Staff are friendly and the service is professional. All round great team
