        Went to bris groom room this morning as my usual groomer had no appointments. The girl I was served by jade was so childish and unwelcoming. Not a smile or anything. After what felt like torture in the form of costumer service jade then just refused to groom my dog because I challenged the 52 price. Even after she explained it and I agreed to reluctantly pay she went off got her manager as some kind of muscle and said she didnt want to groom my dog because she felt I wouldnt be happy complete child! Didnt explain she was getting her manager to kick me out the store just said give me a min really unprofessional and childish! Now how you treat people at all!
