        We were horrified to discover wed been invaded by bed bugs. Ben was amazing, he arrived the day after our gruesome discovery and got to work straight away. He answered all of my questions with patience ( I was completely freaked out ) and even replied to a bed bug query when he was on holiday! The treatment was successful after 2 rounds and Id highly recommend him. A horrible problem to have but great to know theres honest and reliable people out there to help. Thanks Ben!
