        I started training with Kate in the beginning of the summer after using different PTs and seeing little benefit or change. Kate met with me and took the time to understand exactly what my goals were, she helped me understand macros, intermittent fasting and with weekly sessions after about 6 weeks I saw big changes. I know feel confident about my stomach and am able to wear crop tops. Ill be forever grateful to Kate for being so supportive and motivating!
