    Lizzy is an absolutely fantastic trainer and if you are struggling with an injury or chronic pain I would 100% recommend getting in touch. I've been working with her for around 4 months after two years of chronic back pain and have progressed from struggling to sit at a desk for a full day of work to comfortably running 10km in that time. Her ability to know exactly how hard to push you and the flexibility to offer PT sessions, sports massage or a mix of both in one session is amazing and the tailored and regularly updated home programs have kept me motivated and progressing every week.

My quality of life has improved because of the work I have been doing with Lizzie and I cannot recommend her enough.     I have been training with Lizzy for just over a year now and right from the start she has been fantastic! She has taken the time to listen to and understand my goals, and has created training plans to help me achieve these. She keeps the plans varied and challenging, but most of all she makes them entertaining and fun! She is currently helping me rehab from an injury, and her knowledge and creativity in modifying exercises to prevent the injury being exacerbated whilst allowing me to keep training makes me feel that I am in safe hands. i would definitely recommend her!

    I had rehabilitation on my shoulder due to an injury I sustained on my bike in the past and more recently I have had tendon problems in my elbow that left me unable to train or do basic exercises. Lizzy is a very knowledgable trainer and knew exactly what needed doing and subsequently my ailments Improved significantly with the help of massaging techniques and physio exercises.
