I've always previously struggled with motivation in gyms or for workouts and was fed up with not using my membership. The difference using a personal trainer was remarkable. Ben has found different ways of motivating me and keeping the training fun. Due to this I have gained much better results than I thought possible which has helped for my job and also for competitive sport. It has also improved my confidence. The thing that most stood out was the depth of knowledge that Ben has.

Just read an article on the Running Bug web site '10 signs you should sack your personal trainer' Well I can't say Ben would meet any of the reasons in the article. I'm always challanged within my sessions. They are varied. He understands my goals (sometimes even I don't know my goals) and has adapted my sessions to suit my goal and fitness. I see progress. I do look forward to my sessions (but he doesn't need to know that) My biggest goal will be when he gets me through the London marathon.

I have been training with Ben over a year and continue to amaze myself how much further I can push myself under his continual motivation and drive, even when I think I have no more energy to give in that session. Ben has a very friendly and professional approach to his training. At all times he ensures meeting your training needs and goals - I have managed to complete a triathlon in 2014. It has motivated me to continue training for another event in the summer of 2015.

Due to this I have gained much better results than I thought possible which has helped for my job and also for competitive sport. It has also improved my confidence. The thing that most stood out was the depth of knowledge that Ben has.
