They have everything that you need to train and the price is amazing for what you get. Unlike a large chain gym, it isnt one size fits all which makes it a great place to start your fitness journey as they cater to your needs and goals.
All coaches are great and there is a plan for whatever your goal is and whatever dietary needs you have. Being vegan, is it sometimes hard to find places that cater for vegan diets, but Fitness for Life has a plan for everything.
They have sessions from 6am to 8pm which is great to work around everyones work hours.

The best thing is that there is such a good vibe at Fitness for Life - no more toxic masculinity you find in some gyms and many personal trainers. All coaches make me feel very comfortable to by myself.
Really good value for money to build confidence and knowledge on weight training.
My coach Tyler is a great personal trainer. I had been trying to find a trainer that understood my goals and achieving them on a plant based diet.
