Charlie is a professional trainer that will help you achieve your goals and reach even further. He will create workouts tailored specifically for you, for your goals and your current fitness level, no matter how good or bad it is. He will also give you nutritional advise, to teach you how to eat healthier and better. He always watches how good or bad you are performing, and adjusts the exercises accordingly, so that you are always giving your best without burning out or getting injured. On the personal side, he is a very funny, smiley and easy going person, always trying to make you feel good and motivated, while pushing your limits at the same time. Cons: your body will ache for two days after every session, no matter how long you've been working out.
