Mel is brilliant! When I started working with her I knew the important of strength work but I felt completely daunted by it, but Mel has made it so enjoyable. She has created a plan based on what Im trying to achieve and guides me through it, explaining and listening as we go. Mels knowledge, encouragement and enthusiasm mean that I leave every session with her on a complete high and fully motivated. Her advice and support outside of our sessions is also invaluable, she really does care for and want the best for the people she works with.

Mel is an incredible trainer, shes so knowledgable and guides you through all movement with detailed explanation and understanding of it, helps you move towards your goals whilst listening and adapting. Nothing is ever too much trouble, with extra sessions written for me to do at home and tips with diet. Thank you so much Mel, for your insight and kindness but I will never understand how you fit so much into an hour!

Excellent personalised training from Mel! No two sessions are the same. Plus, you have access to additional videos and health tips. Would definitely recommend. I feel much stronger and healthier since starting my sessions- thanks Mel!

Mel is an excellent trainer :-) She is positive and encouraging, she pushes you but is realistic. She has plenty of ideas and clearly thinks carefully about what is best for me as an indivdual. She also invites her trainees to share with her what exercise they are not in a session with her and comments on them AND she provides links to exercises one can do in a home work out. Kind, encouraging, competent and enthusiatic :-) Highly recommended
