    My sessions (Thai Kickboxing + PT) with Tom were always very worthwhile. He focussed a lot on building strong fundamentals (with proper form, posture, and pre/post-workout stretching etc.) which has laid a good foundation for me to build on. He always also understood my needs & goals by making effective adjustments to my workout plan and sessions which have helped me achieve more than I could imagine. Highly recommend Tom to anyone - whichever stage youre at on your fitness journey!
