I signed up to Annas online programme; and to say its improved my physical and mental health is an understatement. I was a little nervous as I didnt want to become obsessive about my weight, but Anna understood this and worked very well with me to highlight the holistic benefits of movement and nutritious eating. I feel better in myself and enjoy going to the gym!! Anna is down to Earth, encouraging, and well-informed. She knows her stuff! I cant recommend her highly enough!

I've been training with Anna for 2 months now and it's been fab! Each session has been enjoyable but pushes to me become stronger and towards my weight loss goal. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and ensures that you are able to meet your goals whilst still feeling full and satisfied with your meals. She's super lovely, encouraging and someone you can trust - she makes sure that you don't feel embarrassed about your body or whilst working out in the gym. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone in Bristol who is looking to gain confidence in themselves and support on how to become healthier and stronger!! She's also professional and flexible on workout timings to work around your week.

I've just completed my first 5 weeks training with Anna - and wow! I've noticed such a big difference with how I feel and look already. I have more energy, feel lighter and starting to see some definition. I've been following a training and nutritional plan which I had never done before and very much enjoying it. Anna is super encouraging and knowledgeable, I would 100% recommend.

Anna is amazing- Iv been training with her for around 6 weeks and lost 10lb. I was looking to get fitter after the first lockdown, doing a desk job and not going out much I was aware that I needed to take some action and found Anna on google. Shes full of enthusiasm and helps me to to stay motivated and to focus that fitness is important and not something which would be sacrificed for being too busy. She has lots of ideas on how to workout in a covid safe way which really helped during lockdown take 2 in November. She caters for all levels of fitness and runs virtual fitness challenges which is a great way to focus on fitness goals through the week. Anyone whos looking at getting fitter, loosing weight or needs some support and motivation towards fitness and nutrition I would highly recommend trying HMH to help you achieve your goals
