I've had days when I've walked into the gym close to tears after a rough work day and have literally walked out beaming. Meg really encourages you to build a healthy relationship with your body and to improve your mindset too. Shes a no nonsense, no shame, let's-just-try-it kind of trainer, and I love our sessions!

    Working out with Meg is one of my favourite times of the week. She is incredibly knowledgeable about health and nutrition and goes above and beyond for her clients to help them to achieve their fitness goals. I never used to feel confident stepping into a gym and since working with Meg my confident levels have grown in this area. with her support. I'm now lifting weights I never thought were possible and absolutely loving pushing myself each week. I highly recommend working with Meg its the best investment!

    I've been working with Meg for around 6 months now and have enjoyed every session! She's built my confidence in exercise and the gym, and shown me a whole new world of strength focussed training. I previously had pain in my back from working at a computer every day, but since training this has gone - such a difference in how I feel day-to-day. Meg's guidance goes beyond your average PT, she offers advice and support in building better habits as well as nutrition. Recently Meg has also rolled out a great app which means my workouts are in my pocket, easy to use and super clear. I'm not trying to remember everything we did as it's all laid out for me. Meg is an excellent motivator, the sessions are relaxed and I am seeing brilliant progress which is the main thing, love it and looking forward to smashing this year!
