Our netball club had a session with 4 Core Fitness, aimed at increasing our fitness in a netball specific way. It was a really great session, hard but fun, and Dora was great at motivating us!

My netball club approached Tom to run a fitness session aimed at improving our match play. Tom was really enthusiastic, and was immediately firing out ideas for netball specific training, and discussing how focused exercises could help improve our game and get the most out of our fitness. Dora ran the session and it went down really well, it was varied and time flew by. There were lots of aches the next day, but in a good way. The clear linking of the exercises with typical netball movements and requirements helped with the focus. Everyone enjoyed the session and are keen to do again!

Just completed a 3 month virtual 1-to-1 personal training course with Tom at 4 Core Fitness, 2 x 1hr sessions per week. I came to him asking for support and guidance in getting fitter, stronger and general fully body toning. I have had injuries in the past, especially my shoulder, and I've always struggled keeping weight on, so gave him a significant challenge. I was in a great deal of pain, and when I shopped about, Tom stood out as having a wealth of experience and his approach is unique. Compound exercises that have been really efficient on time and have helped my balance (even if I was not great at them to start with!). The routines that we did were tailored to my needs and he adjusted as we went dynamically. Toms seems to know intuitively when to push you and when to hold back, even though they were virtual sessions. He has worked with the equipment I have at home and suggested a few extra bits to buy. It has really pushed me and I now feel fantastic, my mobility is better than ever and I've gained around 4-5kg of lean mass across my body, nothing wobbles anymore! :D Most importantly, I'm in considerably less pain and this is still improving - I never thought that this would be possible and it really has changed my life and my outlook. He has taught me a huge amount and communication has always been great, he looks after his clients and its obvious that he cares, on top of that, he's a great guy! Also, had a couple of sessions with Dom at 4 Core, who was great too. Looking at next steps now with Tom and would highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Excellent PT and kickboxing with Pro Tom Fitness and 4Core Fitness. I have been training with Tom for around 1 year now, with a mix of kickboxing lessons, group PT and strength training PT. He is highly knowledgeable, with a focus on core and functional strength and proper form along with high calorie burning and strength building, utilising either HIIT, martial arts exercises and traditional strength exercises as well as a range of other techniques you won't find in a 'normal gym' (medicine ball training for example). I found Tom's workouts unique and they always kept me motivated. He genuinely cares about his clients and is very focused on proper form so a great person to see if you have ever had an injury. Highly recommend Tom at Pro Tom Fitness.
