    In the few weeks I've been training with kes I have managed to get crow, something I've been working on for years! Crow to tripod headstand and back to crow, gain confidence away from the wall in handstand actually be able to do body weight push ups for the first time ever and am working towards pull ups plus learning how to skip. Can't recommend enough it's been a game changer for me for my arm balances in yoga and future Cali fun can't wait to see what's to come

    I have been training with Kes for the last 2 months and havent looked back. Together we set realistic but challenging objectives. I wanted to be able to do a handstand, be more flexible and gain strength. Amazingly, all achieved. I am now learning some advanced skipping techniques, pull ups, press ups and other balance exercises. Kes is a positive, cheerful and encouraging PT and no two sessions are the same. I always have something to work on in between sessions. I love our time together outdoors and really pleased with the progress I have made. Highly recommend even for the over 60s

    I cannot recommend Kes enough! She is a fantastic PT, very patient, energetic and committed. I could see a huge difference in my training after doing only a few sessions, particularly in core and strength exercises, handstands and cali foundations. She makes every session to be different, fun, and enjoyable - a truly amazing coach!

    Kes is an amazing and knowledgeable personal trainer. I had suffered from a shoulder and hip injury for years prior to starting training with Kes, after just a few weeks of sessions with Kes my injuries improved and through our sessions and Kes's excellent guidance and training and mobility plans I have now built up my strength to be able to weight bare and do handstand training. I had tried so many different ways to rehab my injuries before finding Kes and none had worked until now. I cannot express how grateful I am for this. Kes sessions are always well-planned and tailored to my goals. I have progressed so much in my strength and handstand training as well as SO much more. Kes always makes the sessions so much fun with new exciting challenges and I always look forward to them and leave them feeling amazing. The sessions have done so much for my physical and mental health, and I highly recommend training with Kes.

    Kes is amazing! I have been working with Kes once a week for about 2 months on strength, flexibility, freestyle skipping and handstands. I have noticed some improvement every week and have finally got the hang of double-unders and am making real progress with handstands after not getting anywhere with them on my own. As an amateur aerialist I was initially unsure whether the sessions would be worth the cost compared to cheaper group aerial classes, but it has been 100% worth it and I'm so glad I gave it a go - it has helped me so much working towards my specific goals. Kes is brilliant at her job, she gives really useful tips that make a massive difference, is so supportive and non-judgemental. It's also a nice environment to train outside rather than in a gym and I enjoy every session - even in the rain!
