Jen is an amazing PT - shes strong and mighty and pushes you in a way you can comfortably do way more than you imagined. Ive been really impressed with my body changes. Shes also really comfortable doing heavy weight work to and had worked with a lot of big weightlifters. To top it off shes great fun and makes the sessions really enjoyable.

Jen is just fantastic to train with. Not only is she extremely knowledge and conscientious she is also so fun to be around. As someone who has never been very keen on going to the gym I now look forward to every session with her. She has very carefully tailored a plan based on my post natal recovery to make sure every exercise is perfectly suited to me. Im confident that she is pushing me just the right amount and I feel so much better for it. Im so happy I took the leap and decided to invest in training with her, its been worth every penny.

I came to her needing help rehabilitating my back and feel so much stronger and happier and am really enjoying my fitness journey. Jen is amazing and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! Finding a female PT was really important to me and I count myself lucky I stumbled across Jen. She is super friendly and approachable and had me giggling through the sessions. She made sure to focus on areas I wanted to improve and taught me so much about learning to engage my muscles. Every workout was new and dynamic and had been clearly thought out. The time always went so quickly in our sessions because I was genuinely having such a good time! I could always feel that I had worked my muscles the next few days (in a good way!) finding muscles I had never properly trained before! Everyone needs a bit of Jen in their life!

As cliche as it sounds, Jen has honestly changed both my mindset and body/strength! I've never felt so empowered, and can see and feel myself getting stronger, and wanting to push myself even further! I used to dread going to the gym and actively avoided signing up/going, however, with Jen that has completely changed! Not only can I not wait until our sessions together, but she has also given me the confidence to go to the gym on my own! Whether you're looking to lose weight or in my case get stronger/improve in sporting/training goals, Jen will set up and clearly explain your plan, as well as hold you accountable/motivate you! I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!
