Her unpretentious and personal approach to classes and PT sessions is so refreshing and her enthusiasm for our progress is infectious. I genuinely look forward to attending training. She is passionate, authentic and completely invested in making everyone feel better about themselves and getting the most from their bodies, whatever that looks like for an individual.

All my session plans with Limara were tailored to my specific needs and build on what I enjoy doing with what I need to be doing for mobility. Her years of training and knowledge of the fitness industry are evident from the results Ive had and the confidence Ive gained! For example, Im now 32 weeks pregnant and am still going to the gym and enjoying my workouts thanks to Limara.
Id also like fully endorse Limaras bootcamp sessions at Imperial Sports Ground that I used to go to before I was pregnant. They are fun, inclusive and you really see your fitness improving with these.
I will definitely be booking back in with Limara to work on a post-natal exercise plan later in the year!
