Before having sessions with Megawatt Fitness I didnt have a clue what I was doing at the gym or just how my diet was effecting me. Thanks to all the help and advice I received I now feel 100% confident in what Im doing and how to achieve my body goals. If youre considering going with Megawatt Fitness I couldnt recommend him any higher. Hes incredibly professional and will push you in the gym.

When I started training with Kyle I had never set foot in a gym before in my life. Five months later, I'm down 10kg and feeling fitter, stronger and more confident than I've ever been. His intense training style was a shock to the system at first but established momentum quickly and I now hate to miss a session. Not something I thought I'd be saying five months ago - thanks Kyle!

I have been trained by Kyle for the last 10 months and have found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. As someone that felt panic at the thought of even standing in a gym he has supported me to not only deal with my physical fitness but also my mental anxiety around being in a gym to begin with. I have pre existing conditions and am registered disabled. Kyle has been innovative and confident showing me how to make the best of my abilities whilst respecting and managing my limitations. In addition to all this he is friendly and fun to work out with. If youre thinking of getting a trainer I would wholeheartedly recommend you choose Kyle.

I've been training with Kyle (Megawatt Fitness) for almost 2 years now, even through the pandemic we continued to train outdoors. Kyle has always been consistent with my training, never letting me down considering my routine of training is 4 - 5 days a week with him. He's is fully professionally and his knowledge of training and nutrition is the best I've come across in all the years I've had various trainers. I would highly recommend Kyle, whether your goals are short or long term, no matter what I guarantee he will get you there! By far the best personal trainer/ coach in Bristol.
