Ive been seeing Dan for 3 months now and couldnt be happier! His relaxed, friendly manner helps me to tackle the challenges he sets me in every session and I can already feel the benefits. Plus the package I bought came with a free heart rate strap that Id been meaning to buy anyway. Would highly recommend!

Dan is professional, fun and varied with his training. Whether you're a total beginner or are already active, Dan tailors his sessions to you perfectly and challenges you in the right way. He always provides new exercises, while keeping to your goals and improving the specifics. He also gives good nutrition advice while letting you actually eat what you want - no diets or cutting out key food groups. I have been on and off exercise and personal training over the years but this 12 week programme is brilliant and I feel better than ever - it's the best training I've had and I'm already getting the results I want just one month in. Oh and he also plays great music! I would highly recommend - book now!

Ive tried most approaches to getting fitter over the last 20 years and until now have never found a way to do it sustainably, its either been boring, not very effective or both. Since signing up with Dan I look forward to every session, he is brilliantly knowledgable, engaging in how he explains what the exercises are achieving and ensures he understands your underlying motivations, likes and dislikes. I have made more progress in achieving my fitness goals since being with Dan for the last 3 months than i have in the previous 20 years! And most importantly i genuinely enjoy the sessions, Dan understands how to get you to your limit without shouting in your face or relying on outdated aggressive tactics. A talented, friendly, engaging and very knowledgable trainer.

A willingness to get to know his clients and their goals sets Dan apart. An engaging nature, a depth of knowledge and an easy-going manner all help him help you achieve what you want, and the ability to undergo one-to-one coaching in his own gym gives the training an even more bespoke feel.

Over the last five months I've had regular PT sessions with Dan and have seen huge improvements in my flexibility, strength, posture, and have lost a significant amount of weight too! Always friendly and ready to listen to my needs, the plans he's given me have made more sense than anything I've followed previously and I'm really seeing the benefits! Highly recommended!
