I love my PT sessions with Andrew. He has helped me rehab a hip injury and get back to playing football stronger than before. Each session is considered and adapted to my needs that day and fun. I feel so much more confident in the gym to do my extra gym sessions each week. Highly highly recommend.

Con Andrew se aprende un montn, te explica todo para que luego puedas hacerlo t solo y el porqu del ejercicio. Presiona en la justa medida para que notes que avanzas. Si cuando vas al gimnasio ests un poco perdido y tiendes a hacer solo cardio porque es lo que conoces recomiendo a Andrew, luego amortizars de verdad la cuota del gym y lo ms importante, lo notars en salud. Andrew is an amazing PT. He's incredibly knowledgeable, has a huge repertoire of alternate exercises to target exactly what you want to work on, and has helped massively with rehabilitation, strength and conditioning following major surgery and getting me back to as good as before the surgery. Absolutely recommend!
