        Luis is absolutely amazing , his knowledge as a PT and nutritional advice has really helped me over the months, and his support and guidance has been out of this world. I recommended a couple of friends to try out his work out plans with me, and they have both now signed up with Luis! I have so much more knowledge and confidence in the gym, and with nutrition also! The pricing I think is amazing for what Luis offers, its affordable, and he doesnt only just support you in the gym, he supports with nutrition, weekly catch-ups, or daily, either over the phone/message, whatever suits you! So a lot of thought and effort has gone in to what he does, Im so grateful for what hes done for me, I just had to share! So if you are thinking of signing up with a personal trainer, you will not regret your decision signing up with Luis!
