    I have been training with ProTom Fitness for three months now and I absolutely love it. The workouts are varied and challenging. I feel so much stronger in just 12 weeks. Tom and Dominic are great trainers with a real passion to help you reach your goals whilst making sure you are safe and happy

    The group Muaythai kick boxing is great. The trainers are a lot of fun, and the sessions really push you at your own individual ability. I've reccomended this class to a few of my friends and they love it. Its fitness but it's fun, and it makes you feel great!

    I really enjoyed my trial session with Tom, he had his own unique style which made the work out really enjoyable. Tom pays a lot of attention to your technique adjusting and correcting where necessary to ensure you are doing it without strain. i've had personal trainers before but i highly recommend ProTom Fitness.
