I felt really at ease at my session as Tom is clear, genuine and encouraging. After one session I got the sense that I will be able to train well here but also learn how to improve technique. These guys are the real deal!

I had a self-defence class with Tom recently and I cannot recommend him enough! It was very well informed and I felt I learnt a lot. I throughly enjoyed the session and I feel a lot more confident now ! Thank you Tom :)

The group Muaythai kick boxing is great. The trainers are a lot of fun, and the sessions really push you at your own individual ability. I've reccomended this class to a few of my friends and they love it. Its fitness but it's fun, and it makes you feel great!

I really enjoyed my trial session with Tom, he had his own unique style which made the work out really enjoyable. Tom pays a lot of attention to your technique adjusting and correcting where necessary to ensure you are doing it without strain. i've had personal trainers before but i highly recommend ProTom Fitness.
