    David has been fantastic! I have various mystery health conditions which sometimes mean that I faint, and David has been kindly able to adapt workouts to this. I've definitely seen an improvement in my health since starting training. Thank you for all your help!

    I really enjoyed getting back into training with David! My aim was to get fitter and lose some weight, both of which happened. David varies the training activities every week (although often ending with a plank! ) which keeps it interesting and enjoyable. David also gave guidance on food macros, to help with both fat loss and lean muscle gain. As well as all of that, he's a really nice chap and good to chat with, as he pushes you to your limit! However, if you want some sympathy after a hard session, Ted's your man (cutest Jack Russell / assistant PT ever!).

    David is utterly awesome! I came to him about eight months ago with the common goals of loosing weight and gaining some of my fitness back following the addition of two (lovely though time-consuming) kids in my life. Though I'm sure he had seen my goals and situation many times before, the weekly one hour sessions I had with him were anything but standard and generic. They were very tailored to my own way of training, my goals, current ability and even my way of thinking and mental approach. I achieved some good results too. I did have to put in the work of course but it was made much easier and more effetive under David's tutelage. He's got a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon and was able to share it in a way that was clear and effective, particularly when it came to nutrition - something that I had never really paid too much attention to. He's also a great guy. One of the very few people who can get me to do a set of burpees AND not begrudge him for it afterwards. Quite the combination, I'm sure you'll agree!

David's guidance and support in nutrition helps to improve your overall health and lifestyle, contributing to meet your goals and sustaining them. The strength and techniques I have developed through training with David have helped to improve both my physical and mental wellbeing. His fluffy training partner Ted helps to keeps you going through the toughest of exercises and will reward your efforts with a cuddle. But of course only in return for some extra training in the form of fetch. I would highly recommend David (and Ted)

    David is an excellent personal trainer. His advice, support and brilliant training sessions meant that I exceeded my goals and have been much much happier as a result. I lost weight, increased my fitness significantly, and I really enjoyed listening to his advice about nutrition, I have learnt so much and now understand what works best for me. The training is varied and enjoyable, also challenging but totally worth it and you get a huge sense of achievement from it. After years of doing the same exercise routine and trying most diets, it was such a relief to find something which was tailored to me and actually worked. I have temporarily stopped my sessions as Im now heavily pregnant, but I will definitely be going back - I cant wait. I was able to transform my body and increase my fitness through Davids sessions after my first child, and Im really looking forward to getting back to it after my 2nd. Hes great to work with and has excellent knowledge and advice, I have a lot to thank him for.
