Highly recommend Kathy! her sessions are great fun and tailored to you and your fitness goals. Ive never been motivated when it comes to exercise but having sessions with Kathy actually motivates me a lot as I enjoy them so much I don't want to miss a single session! 100% recommended!

I've been having regular sessions with Kathy since the first lockdown, and they've really made a difference to my physical and emotional health. I've gotten fitter, stronger, I'm sleeping better, and I feel more motivated in general. Kathy is an excellent, fun trainer who can help you unload your emotional baggage and achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you're at. Highly recommend her unique blend of services.
