Jack is brilliant! I did some training with Jack a few years ago and recently started again after seeing the amazing results on my husband. I had got into an exercise rut and just running around doing my normal routine wasn't getting me anywhere. Jack has made my exercise much more structured and it is already starting to make a difference. What I like most is that it is never boring, doing something different every week keeps it interesting and motivating. Thanks Jack!

I've been using Jack for a number of months now and I've been truly impressed by the difference that I have seen. I've trained more consistently, with more variety and most importantly, enjoyed my training more! I'd definitely recommend Jack to anyone looking to make improvements in their training and fitness. After 3 months training with Jack the results have been brilliant. Perhaps more important has been Jack's help and support to integrate working out and healthy habits into my daily routine. Before I started I wasn't sure how I would fit the extra exercise into my work life balance, I'm now doing some form of exercise everyday, making better nutrition choices and generally feeling more energised and ready for what live throws at me.

"Jack Philip Brady in the 6 or so months that youve been in my life you have taught me the importance & benefits of morning routines, warming up and stretching before a gym sesh, cooling down and stretching after a gym sesh and drinking copious amounts of water.. you have also inspired me to be a better version of myself, encouraged me when I had doubts, cheered me on when I was reaching for my dreams, helped me to be kind to myself when things didnt go as planned and most importantly - been there to take pics of me in the gym so I didnt have to do it myself!"
