        Trained with gary for almost about a year now. Very good coach and very good fighter has his own way of explaining and breaking things down to help people understand techniques / workouts / stretches who usually would'nt be able to understand them easily. 10/10 would recommend

        I have trained with Gary for over a year now. He takes time and care with his clients. He explains the routine and the technique that is involved. Most Pts will thrash you around the gym for an hour and take your money, Gary is completely different. He is trust worthy and reliable. Give him a call!
