Jen is such a fab PT! Whether you're actively looking for a PT or not, i'd 100% recommend using Jenna. I wasn't looking for a PT, but then heard about Jenna from a friend of mine. She was so pleased with the work they'd been doing together and how Jenna had been helping her achieve great results so I thought i'd find out more. I met up with Jenna to talk through what I was looking to achieve and Jenna was so knowledgeable - I was really impressed. She knew about a dietary issue I was having that nobody else has heard of, and gave advice on the sorts of food I should be eating, as well as putting together a workout plan. The sessions were also really good. I'd always struggled with knowing what exercises to do at the gym, and there was a lot of equipment i'd never used before as I just didn't know how. So we got to try out lots of different things. Jen has just the perfect amount of knowing how much to push you during the sessions (so that you definitely feel the burn the next day), alongside being so lovely and friendly. A perfect PT! :)

Working out with Jenna was great fun with really interesting and challenging circuits. I had suffered a significant knee injury from a skiing accident last year and was just getting back into fitness. My confidence grew and grew along with the strength around my knee - I was doing things I never thought I'd do again and learned a few fitness favourites that I use in my gym sessions now. I recommend Jenna to anyone - she lives and breathes health and is a real inspiration!

Jenna is hands down the best PT I have ever had. Starting with the initial consultation she pinpointed exactly what I wanted to get out of our sessions and designed a plan to work towards my personal fitness goals. Jenna puts a great deal of effort and time into preparing each and every session and tailors every workout to my individual goals and abilities. Jen tracks my progress so I can see just how strong I am getting each week which makes me feel incredible!! The training does not stop with our workout sessions, on top of providing one on one workout sessions Jen also creates programs and gives me creative exercise ideas for the rest of the week so I am always trying new things, keeping on track and working towards my fitness goals. She offers 24/7 support via email/phone which is amazing and helps me stay on track with my fitness and diet plan. If I ever have a question or am feeling a bit deflated, Jen is there. Her level of commitment is 10/10 and it really shows in my results! In terms of nutrition, she is an excellent source of knowledge and does not hesitate to share her tips, advice, recipes and meal plans with me. Jen frequently checks in and reviews my food diary (that she gave me at the start of the program) and makes sure I am on track in terms of calories, macros and also ensuring that I do not ever feel like I am deprived or on a diet. I am eating more now and losing weight which is just amazing! I have no hesitation giving Jenna my highest recommendation. If you are seeking a highly motivating, determined and committed PT.. do yourself the biggest favour and get in touch with Jenna.
