I have been using Harry for personal training for 3 months. After 20 years of experiencing back, shoulder and neck issues and seeing 20+ Osteos and physios he has made more difference in this short time than anyone else. I am stronger, more flexible and have less issues than ever before. I cannot recommend Harry enough. I researched for a long time and Harry has made such a difference I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone. He has built a plan that only takes 30 mins twice per week and has changed my life. All I can say is thank you and wish I had found him sooner. Life changing, get involved.

Harry is a great inspiration and has helped me so much over the past 6 months. He has not only helped me grow my confidence in myself, my body and the gym but actually got me to a point where I love going to the gym to workout which I never thought would happen after trying and failing so many times. In such a short space of time my fitness and health levels have improved so much thanks to him and I couldnt be happier with the progression over those months. The flexibility was also perfect as I was able to fit the sessions around both my uni and work lifestyle and Harry was amazing when it came to changing my sessions around my hectic lifestyle. I just want to say thanks you and I hope to continue my sessions again soon!

These guys are great! I would like to thank Lauren for teaching me new techniques and working with me on my diet. I am so much stronger and more supple. All my aches and pains have completely gone. Plus I look in alot better shape. I can't recommend Lauren enough. Thank you Invictamovement.

Harry is so professional, patient and humorous. I decided to find a personal trainer as I was struggling with my body both mentally and physically for a long time. Three-month training with Harry helped me a lot. Harry made me have a healthy routine during the training process, and he gave me lots of suggestions on what to eat , how to get a better sleep. Also, he also looked after clients' mental health. I am so happy that I could met such a good PT, so I strongly recommend harry and "Invicta Movement".

Ive decided to lose few kg, improve fitness and tone all around, so Ive looked around for a PT. I found Harrys profile online and quickly understood that his approach to and my views on fitness/sport/diet are aligned, so Ive contacted him straight away. Ive done 5 x sessions so far with him and already seen some results which is great. He motivates me and keeps me on track with my goals. Its very enjoyable to work out with him, he pays great attention to the technique which in my eyes is crucial, suggests dietary and work out solutions which may improve your results further and helps to build an enjoyable work out routine. Highly recommend!
