I began PT with Jay at the start of February this year. Previously I had tried using all sorts of ways to loose weight (teas, shakes, slimming world etc) yet when he set up my plan I almost didnt believe it would work. Now nearly 8 months down the line I have lost almost 4 stone and have found a love for the gym. We began with basic bodyweight exercises to create perfect form and now we are moving on to heavier and more machine based weights. Not only has he set me up amazing workouts to complete outside of PT, he always offers around the clock support. We carried on with online training throughout Covid-19 even when the gyms were shut. Not only am I continuing to loose weight but I have also found a passion for the gym and for wanting to smash my goals wether that be reps or weights thanks to Jay. I also have so much more nutritional knowledge because of diet plans and advice. I am not where I want to be as a finished product however I believe as a team we will get there. He is fun, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable and I would not recommend any other personal trainer to anyone!
