I've had an amazing experience at the Warrior Gym - with 2-3 sessions a week in the gym and/or online over the past 18 months. I've developed strength and confidence, and my well-being and health has improved exponentially. The trainers and atmosphere are professional, supportive and welcoming. I've never been a "sporty person" but now I'm lifting weights and doing exercises I never thought I could - especially after having had spinal surgery just two years ago. Huge thanks to Dani, Amy and the Warrior team!

I have really enjoyed training with the Warrior Programme, Dani is an excellent personal trainer and I have made great progress in my strength, mobility and confidence. I was experiencing a lot of shoulder and neck pain due to desk work and this has almost disappeared, I am also now working towards handstands which I would never have thought I could do! Overall a really good experience, thank you.

I've been training with the Warrior Programme for the last 6 months and the results speak for themselves - I'm now stronger and more consistent than I've ever been! All the staff are super friendly and my trainer, Meg, has been awesome throughout. She instinctively knows when to push me and when not to. She's also great company :) Highly recommended

I have been training with the Warrior Programme for around a year and a half and they are fantastic. Dani is a great trainer who listens to my needs and goals and helps me to train effectively. She has a great understanding of issues that can impact training and how to overcome them and, on a personal level, is good fun to train with. I have made incredible progress with my strength, mobility and general fitness level since I started training with the Warrior Programme.
