5 years ago my good lady wife would not have been seen dead in Lycra and as for running the last time she did that was at school over 50 years ago but THEN she discovered Frame and Form and in particular Anders B? Now shes regularly running 10k and as fit as shes ever been in her life. Running and keeping fit is now her number 1 hobby and she actually completed a half marathon on her ???? (The one before her 65th .. oooops ) birthday and ALL this is down to the coaching, dedication and professionalism of one man? Anders Bishop and his company Frame and Form. He is always extremely friendly and very flexible with regards to booking / taking fitness sessions and extremely good at evaluating peoples fitness and creating a programme accordingly? If you want to see just one example of his worth I give you my darling wife of over 44 years? Mother of four, Grandmother of two, NHS Maternity professional but as fit and happy as Ive ever known her in nigh on 60 years and that is down to Anders. Cannot recommend highly enough. I've been working with Anders (Frame & Form) for almost 2 years. He works with me to achieve my goals and is sensitive to my concerns and doubts. I always have a positive PT session, even when I arrive feeling like I can't do it. I walk out of every appointment feeling motivated and that I am achieving. Without his encouragement and support I wouldn't be as fit (mentally and physically) as I am today. 100% recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for PT support.
