Really enjoyed Tyler's 28 program. I wasn't;t finding time in my life for meaningful exercise and the program he designed for me has left me inspired and feeling in better shape. Highly recommended

I can't recommend Tyler enough! He's friendly, easy to get on with, and very knowledgeable. I've had problems with my knee for a long time but with Tyler showing me the right form with exercises, I've been able to do things that I thought I wasn't able to. My confidence has grown massively in the gym and in day to day life. Thanks Tyler!

Tyler is a wonderful trainer. He brings a great vibe, enthusiasm and his experience to every session. Tyler breaks down the basics so you start off with getting those good habits in place, and build up your strength. I've learnt a lot about my body since working with Tyler and love the sessions, it's a joy to train with him.

Tyler really helped me build back my strength after giving birth. The improvement in my capacity to lift and comfortably carry my baby (and kettlebells!) was remarkable, and I saw that capacity build week by week. Tyler will make sure he understands your goals, and will carefully plan how to get you there. If you're looking for a personal trainer, this is the guy.
