    I have been training with Stuart for the past two years. Stuart is professional, kind and friendly and has helped me to keep my motivation for fitness going. Stuart is also incredibly reliable. I have never know him to cancel a session or be late. I have certainly become stronger and gained more muscle mass, particularly in my upper body, since seeing Stuart. I would recommend him highly.

    I have now been training with Stu for 5 years and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to try training for the first time, or if you have trained before but want to train for a purpose. I started training with Stu after the birth of my first child when I wanted to lose weight and within a year I had lost a stone and have maintained my new weight ever since. Having a busy home and work life means that training with Stu once a week gives me a break and the chance to keep fit and healthy. Stu makes the sessions enjoyable and I look forward to training each week. Tom

He is very understanding of what your goals are and for me personally really helped me to improve my relationship with fitness and make it something fun and enjoyable, whereas the thought of a workout used to fill me with dread I now look forward to our sessions! He creates a really nice non-judgemental, positive, encouraging environment to train in which I think made a huge difference to my progress and is what sets him apart from other PTs. Stu is very flexible and is great at organising sessions so that they fit with my goals and my other commitments.     I have been working out with Stu for over a year now just before we were coming out of lockdown, he is a great PT! We started the training at my home in my garage and outside. Even my neighbours noticed it and loved our training days. In the gym I hit a lot of my personal best during this time be it squads or dead-lifts weights or push-ups. Not only does he push you to do your best in every workout, he also knows how to have a great chat lots of stories never a dull moment with him and make you laugh! Hes great at making workouts tailored to your needs keeping in mind your strengths and weaknesses and achieve your goals . Thank you so much Stu!
