I started training with Lukasz about a year ago because I wanted to get fit for multi-day backpacking trips. After a period of illness and several years of sedentary office work I had felt that I was on a downward path physically, and I had become afraid to push myself both out hiking and at the gym. My training sessions with Lukasz have helped my hugely: I feel fitter and stronger now than I did 30 years ago. He has devised exercise routines specifically for me to meet my objectives, and I have become stronger, leaner and have a much stronger core (no more backache!). The sessions are often hard work but Lukasz mixes up the exercises to keep it fresh and he will always demonstrate and explain how to do them correctly, no matter how many times I ask. Importantly we have fun and I always leave the gym feeling better than when I arrived. Lukasz has also encouraged me to make changes in my diet which have been helpful and effective. Over the last year I've achieved much more than I thought would be possible: I have completed three 100mile+ backpacking trips - with energy to spare. And with Lukasz's help I'm now aiming at more challenging hikes. It's clear that Lukasz is able to help us mere mortals achieve our best!

Lukasz is the best personal trainer if you need someone to motivate you to work hard. He pushes you to better your mind and body without you realising and does all of it with great humour. Making time to work out is not easy but one hour with Lukasz, is worth three on your own. 2019 I was not in Bristol enough to regularly work out with Lukasz, however, I refused to work out with anyone else, he is that good.

Lukasz is a great personal trainer. He really motivates and pushes me to work harder than I think I can. He also shares really good fitness and nutritional advice

I have been training with L for over a year now and I love every session. I have changed in body, spirit and mind. I would not have been able to commit and make these changes without the support and lessons that L brings to my workouts. Every session is different, fun and I know he will give me the extra push to achieve my goals.

I trained with Lukasz for about a year and, let me tell you, his training is not for the faint-hearted. He will push you beyond your limits and will give you the toughest talks and reality checks that you didn't know you needed. The last session I had with him in October, he basically gave me a big reality check and, although I couldn't afford anymore sessions with him, it made me change my life around. He doesn't allow you to slack when you're with him and, at the time, I hated him for it. But with hindsight, I now know that is what I needed. He makes PT sessions enjoyable and I always looked forward to going to them, and seeing how far I could be pushed. Although there are some elements to his methods that I don't whole-heartedly agree with, I would still recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
