Used Chris's services a few months ago re a back injury, can't fault it - he went into quite a lot of detail about body mechanics which it's hard to get elsewhere, and the suggestions/treatments were spot-on. I've used multiple other more 'clinic-y' type places and (virtually) none were close to as insightful and knowledgeable as Chris, and the same is true of the NHS in my experience (unless you spend months working/forcing your way up to being seen by someone senior and who has the time to spend on a proper evaluation - they never do this initially due to time constraints, and this works fine for 90% of cases where issues just resolve themselves anyway, but for the 10% of more serious issues, it's a system that fails entirely). Highly recommend Chris.

A friend reccomended me to use Chris and I'm so glad she did! After spending weeks in pain and unable to run (which I found enormously frustrating) I booked to see Chris. After seeing him, I left pain free. I went for a run the following day and I had no pain or no issues. I can't believe he fixed me so quickly. I have also recommended him to someone who had very similar results. Thank you Chris, you're worth your weight in gold!

Chris knows his stuff about back pain. No magic bullets here, just common, practical sense from an expert.
