    My partner and I took a few Acroyoga classes with Jan. It was perfect for us as he allowed us to try different kinds of moves and a variety of poses making it challenging, but mostly fun! He gives really good tips to help you perfect the pose and stay in the most difficult poses. Jan has a super great attitude and makes you feel part of the group immediately. I left each class full of energy!

    I had a couple AcroYoga classes with Jan as a complete beginner myself. He showed me great progressions to accommodate my flexibility issues, communicated everything in a very clear, precise manner and made the process fun. Couldn't recommend it more!

    Excellent trainer and great person to guide you on your way to building strength. I was already quite fit from yoga and cycling, but I was lacking strength and there was some/considerable room for improvement in the physique department . Jan gave me an excellent initiation into strength training. First by showing me basic outdoor exercises with TRX and bands, which I can now do as part of my home exercise. Then in a gym (once restrictions eased) with machines and weights. What I liked most about Jan is his obsession with the importance of form and focus, both in terms of progress and safety. Jan also showed great judgement in knowing when I was ready to move to the next step, never too early or too late. This doesn't mean he didn't push me hard, he did!!! After 8 weeks of working out with Jan, I noticed considerable improvement in both my physique and level of strength. Even now at home, I am able to knock out several sets of pulls ups and push-ups (before I could barely do any, at least properly). Finally, Jan is a really fun and interesting person to work out with (well as long as I am not getting distracted when I should be focusing on the exercise )
